Product Delivery - Australia Wide

Delivery
Little Ladybags uses Australia Post to deliver all its parcels Australia wide. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payments and we post on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays but will happily accommodate any urgent requests. We will do our absolute best to make sure you receive your very important parcel as quickly as possible.

Little Ladybags prides itself on fast and efficient delivery of its products for your little ladies direct to your door. We offer flat rates based on two delivery options Regular Post OR Express Post.

All our parcels are lodged at a post office and can be tracked via www.auspost.com.au/track. We email to confirm your parcel has been sent and provide you with a parcel tracking number.

Product Delivery- Internationally
Little Ladybags welcomes international friends who may visit us and will happily deliver purchases to any overseas location that is serviced by International Registered Post. Postage charges are calculated on the size/weight and destination of an order.

If you are purchasing an item from overseas, before finalising the order please email us at hello@littleladybags.com to confirm a delivery price.

Please be aware that any customs charges, which vary from Country to Country, are the sole responsibility of the buyer and you should contact your local Custom's Office for additional information and/or rates.

Note - Little Ladybags takes no responsibility for the loss of, and or damage of goods caused by the delivery process on any parcels posted either within Australia or Internationally.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Little Ladybags strives to provide you with products that are of a high quality and integrity but if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase due to the product just not being how you expected it, then please contact us and we will try our very best to replace the item, provide you with an alternative or refund the items value in full.

Returns
Returns can be made up to 14 days from receipt of purchase and any returns after 14 days are not accepted.

Exchanges or Refunds
All items must be in the same original condition received, undamaged, unused and in the original packaging with labels attached.

To arrange for an exchange or refund, please contact us at hello@littleladybags.com providing your full name, the invoice number, a brief item description and reason for return or telephone:

Once you have notified us, place the item in the mail and include a self-addressed envelope and we will return the item to you as soon as we receive the original.  Please write the invoice number on the parcel to enable us to quickly identify your parcel upon receipt.

When returning your item for exchange or refund, we strongly recommend using Express or Registered Post. We do not accept responsibility for any lost parcel if you choose not to register or track your parcel.

Once your parcel is received, we will exchange or refund the amount to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days.  It may take an additional 2-5 business days for your financial institution to process the transaction and post to your account.

Any refunds given will be for the item’s total value and will not include the initial postal charges. All return postage costs (excluding faulty items) are at the buyer's expense.

We reserve the right to refuse to provide a refund if the product is not received in its original packaging, undamaged and unused.

Note that there are no refunds or exchanges on sale items.
